I am often forgetful with regard to writing reviews, but I'm so delighted by the result of this purchase that I made it a point to review. I hate cooking. I mean I really hate cooking! These are easy recipes! I don't mind them so much and have actually enjoyed making this stuff. Also, I admit to having rolled my eyes at the weight loss claim, but one week in I lost 6 pounds. The Greek Fritata is amazing. I could eat that every day!

I would not recommend this for lovers of cooking. I found it hard to follow and not really exciting as far as menus that were chosen. Some ingredients were hard to find. I gave it to a book store.

Too few recipes, nothing outstanding. Really disliked the paper it was printed on. This may sound picyune but if I'm going to buy an actual cookbook vs an e-book, I want the book to feel good in my hand, I want good recipes than can be replicated in an American kitchen and if the writer wants to instruct please be succinct.

Well thought out book with recipes and advice that are easy to follow.I saw a preview of the book and started following the principles. It has really had an impact on my weight loss and feeling of well-being. Also, the suggested approach is sustainable, unlike most diets I've seen!

I love this cookbook! The philosophy makes so much sense to me!
