This is a great book for any stage of gastric bypass, as he explained the steps and gives recipes for each step in your procedure. Was a kind help for an abused body. Thank you.

Lots of good info for bypass newbies. It includes recipes for each of the stages following surgery. More of an educational reference than a cookbook.

The book is pre op and post op which I was only interested in post op. The recipes are not interesting and all the photos are black and white. Very cheap looking and basic!

I liked that the recipes and stages were basic and easy to follow. There was a nice variety so that as I progressed, my husband could have the same meals. Wish there were more reci0es for the last stage.

Decent product for price. Only about 1/3 of the pages are realistic. The other 2/3 of pages are incorrect based on the tack, riders, or even the structure of the horse. The coloring book looks like a couple of different artist did it. Part good, part decent, and part bad. For example, there is a page that has an Arabian horse in it with a generic Arabian halter. However, the tried to make it spotted and there's just random spots on the horse that don't follow the contouring. Also, they tried to put a saddle but the horse's head was turned so the saddle was literally on the horse's butt. This does not seem like an adult coloring book. Don't give to a horse lover as they will notice mistakes. Disappointing. Reflects the price I paid.

I finished the book in 1 hour. Its very small. Perfect for a little kid not adult.

This short review is targeted on "The 30 Day Book Launch", which is unrealistic and without trying to sound mean, delusional. I think anybody who tries to follow the week-by-week as stated will either fail or burn-out. Each week is broken down into four themes: Editing, Building your ebook, Publishing and Marketing. And each week is filled to the brim with tasks to be handled. Which means while you are scrambling to revise your manuscript, you are also researching and contacting people to help you fix any structural inconsistencies with your book, but you are building and polishing your author platform and social media presence.What got me was that she (the author) wants you to revise your story in a week! Seriously? Now if you have a novella or a couple of short stories, you might be able to revise in a week, heck maybe even a few days, however, if you've written a novel do you honestly believe you can revise your novel in a week while to tackle all the other tasks prescribed by the author such as researching and creating marketing promotions, outreach to social media and polishing your website? Writing is hard. Revising/ rewriting is harder.The overall book (The 30 Day Book Launch Plan) is good and has some valuable pieces of information which I think will benefit any writer who wants to self-publish, however, it would wise to take that information and work at a pace that you can handle. Spend a few days researching and contacting editors, spend a week or two finding and creating online relationships with Beta's, take as much time as you need to revise your book. Try to remember that good things take time.
