This is so much fun. I noticed that a lot of reviews mention that their kids didn't like it or were not able to use it. They may not be able to, I would recommend it more for adults. You will require the use of sharp blades to cut the parts out and there are occasionally some small parts.In essence though, as an adult, these were so much fun to make and I absolutely loved it. So did my boyfriend, whose idea it was.

Full of fun. Provides the basics of mechanical paper craft. Would be great for teaching children some of the physics of motion. Has ten basic models and lots of examples of designs using these done by the author and even more by high school students. Excellent chapter on how this form of mechanics paper craft works.Interesting even if you don't make anything. Over half the book is made of pages to cut out and assemble. Lots of Fun.

I enjoyed making the models in the book for my family, particularly my granddaughter. The illustrations for assembly are very clear with few exceptions and everything turned out well. The models perform as described. The level of aptitude needed is low enough for most ten-year olds, I think.

In depth book with science of and how to build robotic origami. Lots of pics and blank templates. Really fun. My 12 year old loves the book.

Oaxaca is the home for some of the worlds best food. This book has a lot of great recipes, including some moles which I can't wait to make. There is a nice narrative about the region, people, ingredients, and of course cooking. This is a must have for any person wanting to venture out and try a different cuisine. One of my favorite cookbooks for sure. These aren't 30 minute meal recipes, but if you love to cook, and have some time, this is a great book.Update: Made the Mole Negro de Oaxaca, though a bit time consuming, definitely worth it! It was the best mole I have ever eaten, and I am a mole lover! Most ingredients are readily available at the store.

I was very excited to get this book because my family is Oaxacan and I grew up in America learning about my culture and never really knowing how to cook the food because my mother was from the united states and only knew how to cook certain mexican dishes. I got this book to start learning traditional foods and though it has some of them I wish they had pictures of the food as well. I have tried some of there desserts in the book and so far so good.

Rich in content and gorgeous photography, this book captures the best of the food and culture of beautiful Oaxaca. A favorite escape on a winter New England day in the kitchen!

I was looking for inspiration for a children's book I am illustrating. I realize that the images in the book are about 1000 years old, however, the quality of the some of the images was sometimes so spotty it was impossible to get a sense of the design. All in all, short of traveling to Russia, it would have been impossible to find a collection of so many examples in one place, so it was a good starting point.

I stumbled upon this book through a homemaking blog I read. Since I have used Young Living oils for several years, I was intrigued, but a bit skeptical too. I decided to do a web search which yielded Lucy's Facebook page where I watched several of her videos and figured I could waste $10 on lots of things, so why not give it a whirl. I had to order a few oils for some of the recipes I wanted to try, but holy smokes, things have changed and all for the good. My hubby and I have code lingo we have started to use because of things that have happened after trying some of the recipes in this book making us giddy like newlyweds again. I had my tubes tied nearly 14 years ago and that wrecked havoc on my hormones and libido, not to mention age has a way of doing that too. I immediately started using Progessence Plus and Endoflex daily and that has made a huge difference with my mood being more even-keeled and not so roller coastery as it can be for women when the monthly "friend" comes around. Those two oils have also helped to shorten my red days which has been a plus too. A++++ book and am so happy I stumbled up it. As others have mentioned, it's clean, tho it's definitely not a "coffee table" book with teenagers in the house.

Yes this is a Young Living based book... research is important when wanting to know more about essential oils and it is no different when expecting to use it in ways Lucy Libido suggests.Young Living is in fact safe for consumption and all of the Vitality line of oils are labeled for such. AThis book is in fact very useful and has some great recipes. And yes it is for Young Living oils, however not by YL. Excellent book. Thorough without being sensational. I have tried some of the essential oil recipes in the book and was pleased with the results.

Amazing content for women and men. Great recipes (that work ) and hormonal info that no doctor will tell you

I love this book so much!!!!!! It helped me understand many things and I was able to find solutions for some areas in my life that and find the right products for myself. I highly recommend it! Oh, and it is a very fun read for couple together and just in your spare time :) we are trying her recipes one by one and so far we haven't been disappointed ;)

Never knew essential oils could be used between the sheets! Great ideas that really do work! ;-)

I need more... can't wait for Volume 2. We need a novel next time lol
