Fantastic survey of issues related to land use. Only frustration comes from its lack of depth on certain topics....apparently there is an even *more* detailed version. There were a number of times (especially as it related to eminent domain) where I felt there was really superficial treatment of the subject. Lastly, the book isn't always great at highlighting seminal court cases in a subject from cases that created precedent that is important but not "milestone"-esque (i.e. cases you wouldn't be expected to know by name on a final).
