Excellent little guide. Great map. Covers a wide range of useful information in well organized form. You could find most of the information on the internet but not as efficiently as flipping through book. On my recent trip to San Diego I wished there were more restaurant reviews and that they were organized by neighborhood.
Good up to date guide to town. The map is handy.....even in the age of Google maps. Most recommendations and descriptions were accurate.A good way to plan your trip to use your time wisely and see the most of the town.
Very good resource for planning a trip to San Diego.
Missing a lot of information. It only highlights a certain topics, such as to 10 eateries, top 10 kid friendly attractions, etc. Not comprehensive.
Very informative of places to eat & visit. My out of town guests took the book with them to help guide them around San Diego area.
I am very happy with this product. I was surprised to see it was a smaller book and that actually made me quite happy. Very easy to pop into my purse or bag. The contents are organized very well. It just seems to be very user friendly. I haven't been to San Diego yet and wanted the book ahead of time so I could plan out the 3 days I have there. This book will make it easy for us to plan our days and to prioritize everything we want to see. The book seems quite thorough in terms of a good quantity of different points of interest, restaurants, shopping, etc. It is colorful and easy to flip through. Lots of helpful maps. There is even a removable map which was a nice surprise. I am very happy with this book.
