This has three story. The first is about a thief who is heartless. But a twist of fate. And strange but brilliant save him. By replace is damage limbs. By todays standards he turned into a cyborg. Thou is thankful for a second change. He becomes a greater thief than before. By change he meets Lois Lane. For some strange he wants her for his girlfriend. The only one that he can stop him his superman. But he found out that he could be a match for him.The second story is about hunter or jungle guild. He too has a secret too. He has a magic ring that. He can transfer his mind into a giant golden gorilla. But it also transfers the gorillas mind his body. Lucky each time he does it he makes. Sure the gorilla is contained in some way. He used the gorilla to protect from danger.The third and final story is the very first appeared of Supergirl. She nearly crashed on Earth. Thou Superman is surprised that another person from Krypton has survived. But added surprised that the girl is his cousin. And she lived with her parent for about 12 year or 13 years. So its more of culture shock too.
Great revisit to a classic golden age Superman adventure! A mustfor the man of steel adventure reader.
I loved this comic as a kid and don't have a copy of it. There are three stories included, one of Superman which I liked another of Congo Gorilla which I didn't like and the origin of Supergirl which is the sole reason I bought this comic. I loved that story.. I'm strictly a DC super hero kind of girl, especially the super heroines. On the kindle it looks just like a real comic. You can't size the panels.
Action comics #252, is one of the best samples from the 1950's. This book features the first appearance of Supergirl. The main feature is about Superman' s battle with a one-time villain, Metallo.
